TuConnect is a Kenyan career platform with two connected products. TuConnect Grow gives job seekers AI tools to build ATS-ready CVs, write tailored cover letters, prepare for interviews and track applications. TuConnect Hire gives employers an applicant ranking and assessment system. Both draw on the same talent pool. TuConnect is based in Nairobi.
Is TuConnect free?
TuConnect Grow is free to start, with no card required. Premium tools run on pay-as-you-go credits, with packages starting at KES 350. TuConnect Hire is currently in closed beta with employers across Kenya.
What does ATS-ready mean?
An applicant tracking system is software that scans and filters CVs before a person reads them. An ATS-ready CV uses a structure and formatting these systems can parse correctly, so the application reaches a human reviewer. TuConnect Grow checks a CV against these requirements and flags what would cause it to be filtered out.
Does TuConnect work for jobs outside Kenya?
TuConnect is built for the Kenyan market first. Its CV guidance, assessments and salary context reflect how Kenyan employers actually hire. Job seekers anywhere can use the tools, and the platform is expanding across East Africa.
How is TuConnect different from a job board?
A job board connects you to listings. TuConnect works on both sides of the hire: job seekers build a structured, assessed profile on Grow, and employers search that same pool on Hire. That means candidates are prepared before an employer sees them, and employers review a shorter, better-evidenced shortlist.
